Explore yoga postures from the inside out, exploring the connective tissue organ known now as the 'interstitium' or fascia. We will use some anatomy, philosophy, and pranayama to deepen our awareness of our connection to Earth. In exploring different aspects of the connective tissue/fascial container that each of us grows (the Body!), we deepen our relationship to and experience of Self.
